In keeping with international standards, this facility is designed to cater for multiple motor sport usage and has the ability to transform back into a public road system. 

PERMANENT ROAD COURSES | Purpose built and designed racetrack for year round use. 

SEMI-PERMANENT ROAD COURSES | Purpose built racetrack incorporating permanent and temporary aspects of the track. Throughout the years of circuit development D3 has encountered many challenges such as historically protected steel mills building, protected plants, baseball stadiums, and existing urban and geographical infrastructure all of which have been incorporated into the circuit design, becoming a unique focal point for that event.

OVAL TRACKS | Permanent facilities that can form the many different configurations of an oval.

ICE TRACKS | Short length circuits for cold weather climates.

FIA GRADE 1, 2, 3 | The Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile is the governing body for world motor sport and the federation of the world’s leading motoring organisations. D3-designed circuits will always comply with FIA regulations.
